The composite for dispelling the effects of alcohol and protecting the liver is prepared from, by weight, 3-12 parts of sea-buckthorn, 3-12 parts of semen armeniacae amarae, 4-10 parts of flowers of kudzuvine, 2-9 parts of chrysanthemum flowers, 4-10 parts of Turnjujube, 2-9 parts of rhizoma phragmitis and 2-9 parts of Chinese dates. The edible essence is prepared from, by mass, a certain percent of ethyl vanillin, dihydroactinidiolide, 10% of megastigmatrienone, phenylacetaldehyde, furfural, 10% of furanone and propylene glycol.
