Problems solved by technology

For the structural vibration response data collected by multiple channels, the above detection methods need to calculate the data of each channel one by one, which has the disadvantages of redundant calculation and incomplete utilization of data information.
In addition, the above method also requires the use of digital narrowband filters, which limits the detection accuracy for adjacent frequency components

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a harmonic component detection method based on enhanced spectrum kurtosis, and relates to the field of vibration signal processing and system parameter recognition. The method can detect a pseudo resonance component generated by a periodic excitation force in a vibration system, thereby improving the recognition reliability of system parameters. The method comprises the steps: proposing the enhanced harmonic component detection method according to the multichannel vibration response conditions, i.e., comprehensively considering all vibration response information in each calculation; and calculating the enhanced spectrum kurtosis corresponding to different resonance peaks based on the resonance peaks. The method is suitable for the processing of a vibration signal of a mechanical structure system in a working state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of vibration signal analysis and system parameter identification, in particular to the field of vibration signal analysis of mechanical structures under working conditions. Background technique [0002] In the work of mechanical structures, they are usually excited by periodic forces. These cyclic forces, which may be caused by unbalanced rotors, gear trains, or cyclic aerodynamic forces, introduce harmonic components into the response of the mechanical structure. These harmonic components often appear as spurious formants to disturb the identification of real structural dynamic parameters. Therefore, the detection of harmonic components of the mechanical structure response is a prerequisite for the correct identification of dynamic parameters. [0003] Traditional harmonic detection methods include methods based on probability density statistics, methods based on time-domain kurtosis, and methods based on spectral...
