Abstract

The invention provides an anti-breaking substrate aligning device. The device comprises a resisting part, a pushing part and a sensor, wherein the resisting part comprises a positioning part, an elastic part and a fixing base; one end of the elastic part is supported by the fixing base; the other end of the elastic part is used for supporting the positioning part; the pushing part is driven by a servo system; the pushing part is capable of linearly moving toward the resisting part; the pushing part and the positioning part are oppositely arranged and are used for clamping a substrate; the pushing part is used for linearly pushing the substrate to an appointed position; the sensor is used for indicating that the servo system stops working when the substrate is moved to the appointed position.
