In order to better solve the problems and meet the assembly requirements, a process method that angle expansion and stretch bending are combined is adopted. According to the forming method for the twisted bent profile, angle expansion and stretch bending are flexibly combined, so that the defects produced by pure stretch bending are successfully overcome, and the part qualified rate is greatly increased.
