Embodiment 1

[0067] A method for large-scale sexual breeding of bletilla striata seedlings simulating natural conditions, comprising the following steps:

[0068] 1. Harvesting and storage of Bletilla striata seeds: In the region of 28-30° north latitude, when the Bletilla striata seeds mature around September-October every year, the color of Bletilla striata capsules fades and the tender blue color gradually deepens to brown, and the seeds inside are no longer glued into a ball and become clumps. Harvest when separated from each other, use scissors to cut off the capsules of Bletilla striata together with the fruit stalks, and store the fresh capsules of Bletilla striata in a cool, ventilated and dry place for natural drying and storage for later use.

[0069] 2. Simulate the construction of natural environment. The hardware facilities for simulating natural seedlings are artificially constructed, that is, the multi-span greenhouse construction, and the simulated environment is adapted to...

[0099] A method for large-scale sexual breeding of bletilla striata seedlings simulating natural conditions, comprising the following steps:

[0100] 1. Abstract

The invention relates to the field of the Bletilla striata breeding, and in particular to a method for sexually breeding Bletilla striata seedlings on a large scale by simulating natural conditions. The method comprises the following steps of: building a seedbed in a greenhouse, wherein the cross section of the seedbed is in a isosceles triangular shape, piling soils to form the seedbed, compacting the seedbed, leveling the surface of the seedbed, and successively covering the seedbed with a plastic film and geotechnical cloth; laying a seedling culturing matrix and fine turfy, and compacting; arranging drainage ditches at two sides of the seedbed, and arranging a water irrigation system on the upper portion of the seedbed; sowing the Bletilla striata seeds at two slopes of the seedbed, then spraying nutritional liquid, and covering the seedbed with a mulching film; and maintaining the moisture of the seedbed during the culture process, spraying nutritional liquid, keeping the temperature at 40 DEG C or lower, until the Bletilla striata seedlings are obtained. All procedures of the method from seeding to seedling growing are completed on the seedbed in one step, so that the manpower cost is reduced, the whole seedling culturing process is simplified, the whole cultivation process only needs about one year, the large-scale breeding of the Bletilla striata under nonsterile conditions is realized, and the method is easy to popularize and use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of bletilla striata propagation, in particular to a method for large-scale sexual breeding of bletilla striata seedlings by simulating natural conditions. Background technique [0002] Bletilla striata is also called Baiji, aliases: Lianjicao, Gangen, Baigi, Ruolan, Zhulan, Zilan, Zihui, Baili. It has the effects of astringent and hemostasis, detumescence and granulation promoting. For hemoptysis and hematemesis, traumatic hemorrhage, sore swelling, chapped skin; pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, ulcer disease hemorrhage. With the deepening of modern pharmacological research, it is found that it has obvious inhibitory effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and tumor cells. It has been found clinically that it has a good curative effect on common diseases. Because of its important medicinal value, people pay more and more attention to it, and its demand also has a great increase. [0003] Traditionally cultivated Bl...
