Abstract

The invention provides a visual acquisition tilting table with adjustable angle and the using method thereof. The tilting table comprises a visual servo-actuated support (1) and an angle adjustable tilting table (2) wherein the visual servo-actuated support (1) is mounted on the angle adjustable tilting table (2). According to the invention, the tilting table can be tilted by zero to ninety degrees. Through the reverse installation of a testing piece, the tilting adjustment of zero to ninety degrees can be realized at the same time. According to the invention, the relative positioning relationship among a visual sensor, a light source and a testing piece stays unchanged. Convenient in use, the tilting table can be widely used.
