The first plenary transmission drives a second plenary transmission mechanism made up of a lower drive sprocket, a lower chain, a lower driven sprocket and an upper rack. The lower part of the upper rack is provided with a groove module and a side rack which is used for fixing the groove module. A profile cutting motor and a cutting blade are mounted on the groove-shaped slide of the groove module. A second plenary transmission mechanism drives an elevating wire rope which drives the profile cutting motor and the cutting blade.
