Abstract

The invention discloses a pH fluorescence sensor based on a cadmium-containing coordination compound, and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of chemical technology. The chemical formula of the cadmium-containing coordination compound is [Cd(2,4'-tmbpt)<2>(5-OH-bdc)]*5H<2>O. The preparation method comprises following steps: a mixture of Cd(CH<3>COO)<2>*2H<2>O, 5-hydroxy-isophthalic acid, 2,4'-tmbpt,NaOH, and water is sealed and heated in a reaction still provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene lining; after reaction, the temperature in the reaction still is reduced to room temperature at a cooling speed of 10 DEG C / h so as to obtain a colorless crystal which is the pH fluorescence sensor based on the cadmium-containing coordination compound. According to the preparation method, pH fluorescence sensing performance of the cadmium-containing coordination compound, and application research of the cadmium-containing coordination compound in the field of molecular logic gate are disclosed for the first time; repeatability is high; yield is high; product performance is stable; sensitive pH sensing properties are achieved; it is convenient to observe the change of fluorescence intensity; and molecular logic gates with INH functions can be obtained via design.
