The invention discloses a system and a method for quickly combining disk partitions. The system comprises a partition table analysis module, a partition analysis module, a file allocation table extraction module, a conflict resolution module, a file allocation table writing module, and a partition table writing module. The partition table analysis module analyzes a physical address of any disk partition. The partition analysis module judges whether any two disk partitions are connected or not based on the physical address; if any two disk partitions are not connected, an error is reported and exiting is performed; and if any two disk partitions are connected, the first partition and the second partition which are connected are analyzed, and a file allocation table position 1 and a file allocation table position 2 are obtained. The file allocation table extraction module extracts a file allocation record of the second partition based on the file allocation table position 2. The conflict resolution module compares file names of the first partition and the second partition, and modifies the file name of the second partition when the file names of the first partition and the second partition are same. The file allocation table writing module writes the file allocation record of the second partition in the first partition based on the file allocation table position 1. The partition table writing module deletes the second partition and extends the written length record information of the first partition to an end point of the second partition.
