Abstract

The invention provides an out-handle device of a vehicle. An antenna can be assembled to the back side of a handle shell of the out-handle device by using less components and assembly man hour. The out-handle device is configured to be capable of supporting an outer handle having an operation portion disposed on a surface side of a handle shell for fixing a door, and holding an antenna for a smart keyless entry system at the back side of the shell. A housing portion (35) for accommodating the antenna (34) is provided on the back surface of the handle shell 13 for holding the antenna cover (36) of the antenna (34) mounted on the handle shell (13) by covering the antenna (34) accommodated in the housing (35).
