Abstract

The heat-insulating true stone paint comprises, by weight, 15 to 20 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 70 to75 parts of composite sintered color sand, 3 to 5 parts of auxiliary agents and 8 to 10 parts of water, wherein the auxiliary agents are composed of, by weight, 0.4 to 0.6 part of dodecenoic acid, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of propylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.3 part of neutralizing amine AMP-95, 0.1 to 0.2 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.2 to 0.4 part of cellulose and 0.2 to 0.4 part of an alkali swelling type thickening agent DR-72. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into a stirring tank, then adding dodecenoic acid, propylene glycol, neutralizing amine AMP-95 and cellulose, and carrying out uniform mixing under stirring; then adding the composite sintered color sand and carrying out mixing; then successively adding the pure acrylic emulsion and the antifoaming agent and carrying out mixing under stirring; and then adding the alkali swelling type thickening agent DR-72 and carrying out adjusting to desired viscosity.
