Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0018] A kind of optical fiber blanket for the treatment of jaundice in children with blue light, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 4 , is woven by weft yarn 100 and warp yarn 200, wherein the warp yarn is a side-emitting optical fiber 200, one end of the side-emitting optical fiber 200 extends outward and gathers into an optical fiber bundle 201, and the end of the optical fiber bundle 201 is provided with a direction The blue light source 300 injected into the optical fiber bundle 201 , the side-emitting optical fiber 200 includes an optical core 202 and a transparent sheath 203 wrapping the optical core 202 along the axial direction of the optical core 202 .

[0019] Since the optical fiber blanket uses the side-emitting optical fiber as the short-length warp, it is more conducive to the actual production than the optical f...

Abstract

The invention discloses a blue-light optical fiber blanket for pediatric jaundice treatment. The blanket is formed by braiding of wefts and warps. At least the warps are fibers with light-emitting side surfaces; and one end of each of the fibers with light-emitting side surfaces extends outwardly and is collected to form a fiber beam. A blue light source with inward incidence is arranged at the end portion of the fiber beam. The fibers with light-emitting side surfaces include light cores and transparent sheaths coating the light cores axially along light core axes. The blue-light optical fiber blanket has advantages of uniform exposure intensity and enhanced phototherapy efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to medical products, in particular to a blue light optical fiber blanket for treating jaundice in children with uniform irradiation intensity and enhanced phototherapy efficiency. Background technique [0002] In medicine, the jaundice of newborns under the full moon (within 28 days of birth) is called neonatal jaundice. A condition characterized by yellowing of the skin, mucous membranes, and sclera is the most common clinical problem in newborns. Blue light irradiation therapy is a simple and effective method to reduce serum unconjugated bilirubin. Place the newborn in a phototherapy box, protect both eyes with black goggles to avoid damage to the retina, cover the perineum and anus with diapers, and expose the rest with a single Surface light or double-sided light irradiation lasts for 2 to 48 hours (generally no more than 4 days). Unconjugated bilirubin can produce conformational isomers, structural isomers and products of ph...
