Abstract

The application provides a method and device for service achievement. The method comprises the steps that a service request is received, wherein the service request carries a face image of a service requester; the matching degree between the face image and each real face image in a face image base is computed; when the matching degree between the face image carried in the service request and a real face image in the face image base reaches a first threshold, related services can be completed based on a service account corresponding to the real face image; when the matching degree between the face image carried in the service request and any real face image in the face image base does not reach the first threshold, but the matching degree between the image and one or multiple real face images reaches a second threshold, one or more real signatures corresponding to the one or multiple real face images in the face image base would be acquired; and the handwriting of a signature input by the service request is matched with the handwriting of an acquired real signature, the related services can be completed based on the service account corresponding to the real signature.
