The method comprises the following steps of (1) selection of a pesticide and concentration; (2) cutting of a medium; (3) selection and trimming of cuttings; (4) pesticide treatment; (5) cutting; and (6) watering. The method has the effects that the cost is reduced, the operation is simple, early rooting of the cuttings can be promoted, the rooting rate of the cuttings is improved, above all, the growth vigor of cutting seedlings is improved, the rooting rate is improved to 78.0%, the average root number is 3.3-4.0, the average root length is 2.8-3.5cm, and the seedling can be increased by 2.5cm after cutting for a month.
