The wireless signal transmitting system comprises a DTMB signal transmitting system and at least one NGB-W signal transmitting system used for performing blind compensation coverage on an area with relatively weak signal intensity of the DTMB signal transmitting system. The signal receiving processing method comprises the following steps: separately receiving a first radio frequency signal from the DTMB signal transmitting system and receiving a second radio frequency signal from the NGB-W signal transmitting system; decoding to obtain a first radio frequency decoding signal and a second radio frequency decoding signal; caching the second radio frequency decoding signal; and analyzing the first radio frequency decoding signal, judging whether the first radio frequency decoding signal is lost, and if so, inserting the corresponding contents of the cached second radio frequency decoding signal in the lost position of the first radio frequency decoding signal to form a complete first radio frequency decoding signal.
