The data acquisition module is used for providing a standardized data interface and performing standardized access of multi-source and heterogeneous data sources. The data integration cleaning module is used for combining, associating, de-weighting and transposing data accessed to the data acquisition module in lines. The public service module uses the data processed by the data integration cleaning module. The data analysis application module builds an analysis algorithm library, analyzes power utilization behaviors of a user, builds an application model and an algorithm library and builds a power-saving application, a power utilization forecasting application, a power grid optimization application and a peak-alternation regulation application.
