The embodiment of the disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for determining estimated time of arrival (ETA). The method comprises: acquiring a feature vector of each of a plurality of historical travels; constructing an ETA estimation model by using the feature vectors of the plurality of historical travels and actual time as sample sets; and determining the ETA of a new travel by using the constructed ETA estimation model.
