The method comprises the following steps: respectively adding peroxysulphate and less potassium permanganate into the erythrocin dreg solution, placing into a reaction tank for heating, reacting under heat-insulating condition, centrifuging and then collecting sediment, thereby acquiring the organic fertilizer. In the invention, the erythrocin residue can be efficiently degraded, the antibiotic resistance bacteria contained in the dregs are inactivated, the pH regulation is not required after the processing and the method is simple in process.
