The APP terminals are arranged on bodies of mine personnel in a worn mode; the multiple RFID signal identification base stations are arranged along the trend of a mine channel; the RFID tag cards are arranged inside the APP terminals, and each RFID tag card and the corresponding APP terminal are uniquely bound together; the cloud server establishes communication connection with the APP terminals and comprises a cloud receiving module, a cloud monitoring module and a cloud distribution module; and the background server establishes communication connection with the cloud server and comprises a background receiving module, a background monitoring module and a background distribution module.
