Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for assessing the health of a fan, a storage and a controller. The method comprises the steps of acquiring historical data of a fan in normal operation and forming a working condition feature vector when the fan is working; dividing the historical working condition of the fan; recognizing the type of the working condition, and using a state feature vector to build a reference model for assessing the health of the fan on the line according to the type of the working condition; inputting the working condition feature vector at the current moment into a preset training model to acquire the probability the working condition of the fan at current moment belongs to the type of each working condition, and computing a mahalanobis distance between the state feature vector at the current moment and the reference model under each working condition; and acquiring a weighted average value of the working condition type probability and the mahalanobis distance with the reference model under each working condition, and converting the weighted average value into a health index for describing the degree the working condition deviates from normal operation at the current moment. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, a degradation process before the fan is failed can be recognized in advance, and health state variation of the fan in operation can be accurately assessed.
