Abstract

The invention discloses a stereo video error concealment method based on super-pixel segmentation and similar group sparse representation and can realize relatively high quality reconstruction of a stereo video with reduced quality. The method comprises steps that firstly, super-pixel segmentation of a present image of the stereo video containing loss blocks, an image in another perspective at the same time and a previous image in the same perspective is respectively carried out; secondly, similar groups are constructed in the three images; thirdly, a learning dictionary is generated through utilizing similar group sparse representation; and lastly, error concealment of the image containing the loss blocks is carried out through optimization iteration of a sparse expression model of the similar groups to acquire a stereo video after concealment. The method is advantaged in that similarities between adjacent frames and views of the stereo video are fully utilized, and the error concealment effect of the stereo video is relatively good.
