In order to achieve the purpose, the water drinking cup at least comprises a sleeve-structural main body part with upside and downside differing in diameter and a buckle-type cover body, wherein the sleeve-structural main body part with upside and downside differing in diameter is composed of at least eight sections of sleeve-type drums which are continuously embedded and sleeves, and each sleeve-type drum is composed of outer plastic and inner sealing rubber; the outer surfaces, that upsides and downsides are identical in diameter, of the sleeve-type drums are provided with outer screw threads; inner screw threads are arranged on the inner walls of the sleeve-type drums; all inner screw threads are completely matched with the outer screw threads of the adjacent sleeve-type drums, and the inner screw threads and the outer screw threads can be embedded and sleeved in a sealed mode; and any adjacent sleeve-type drums are different in both inner diameter and outer diameter.
