The technical proposal of the invention makes up for the shortage of the prior art and is to realize estimation of the population attraction index of the target area based on the number of the resident mobile equipment in the target area. In comparison with the prior art, estimation of the population attraction index is realized only by detecting and analyzing data without manual collection of data, so as to relatively reduce the operation cost, dramatically decrease estimation cycle and effectively improve estimation efficiency for population attraction.
