Problems solved by technology

In the existing technology, in order to prevent the generation of rubber blocks, the dissolution of the polymer is divided into two steps: swelling and dissolving. NaSCN with low temperature is added for swelling. At this time, the intermolecular force of the polymer is significantly reduced, and then NaSCN with high temperature is added. Dissolving, the Chinese patent application with application number CN201510079823.2 does not involve
The spinnability of the stock solution seriously affects the mechanical properties of the finished fiber

Abstract

Belonging to the field of textile technology, the invention in particular relates to a method for preparation of polyacrylonitrile-cellulose acetate filament by wet spinning process. The method includes the steps of: (1) mixing cellulose diacetate with an organic solvent, performing dissolving, and then conducting deaeration and filtration to obtain a cellulose acetate stock solution; (2) mixing the cellulose acetate stock solution with the deaerated and filtered acrylic stock solution to obtain a spinning stock solution; (3) carrying out deaeration and filtration on the spinning stock solution, then performing spraying from a spinneret plate, conducting double diffusion in coagulating bath, conducting filament precipitation shaping to obtain as-formed fiber; and (4) carrying out drafting, washing, oiling, drying, winding, spooling, grading and packaging on the as-formed fiber to form polyacrylonitrile-cellulose acetate filament. The method provided by the invention has simple process,is more suitable for industrial production, and the obtained filament has obviously improved wet strength and moisture regain.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and in particular relates to a method for preparing acetonitrile filaments through a wet spinning process. Background technique [0002] Acetonitrile fiber is the latest product independently developed and registered for brand positioning by Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd. It is jointly developed and registered for brand positioning by Jilin Fubo Fiber Research Institute and Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., two subsidiaries of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group. Among them, acetonitrile staple fiber has been patented by Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Acetonitrile fiber broke through the technical bottleneck of blending natural fiber and polyester fiber for the first time, and became a brand new fiber variety, which attracted great attention in the industry. As the acetonitrile filament in the acetonitrile fiber, the advantages of acetate fiber filament and acrylic fiber filament are t...
