The early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material comprises, by weight, 1%-1.5% of inorganic early-strength admixtures, 0.01%-0.05% of organic early-strength admixtures, 0.3%-0.8% of water reducing agents, 0.01%-0.08% of micro-capsule expansion admixtures, 33%-35% of water and the balance cement.A process for preparing the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material includes mixing the micro-capsule expansion admixtures, the early-strength admixtures, the water reducing agents and the water with the cement according to proportions and uniformly stirring the micro-capsule expansion admixtures, the early-strength admixtures, the water reducing agents, the water and the cement to obtain the early-strength expansion delayed type hole sealing material which is a finished product. A core material for the micro-capsule expansion admixtures is aluminum powder, and the micro-capsule expansion admixtures are prepared from water, water-soluble polymers and the aluminum water according to a mass ratio of 100:2-5:1-3 (wt).
