Problems solved by technology

[0006] However, when the temperature of the exhaust gas is low, it is difficult to decompose urea water into isocyanic acid and ammonia only by the temperature of the exhaust gas
In this case, there is a possibility that ammonia may be included in the exhaust gas passing through the reactor, and there is a problem of harmful effects on the human body when discharged to the outside.
[0007] In addition, if the urea water is not heated at a sufficiently high temperature, there is a problem of deposits (Deposit) being deposited in the reactor or pipeline

Abstract

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a burner system that raises the temperature of an exhaust gas discharged from an engine in order to use the exhaust gas for thermal decomposition of a reducing agent, the burner system comprising: a burner body that includes one region for raising the temperature of the exhaust gas, an opposite region for mixing the exhaust gas, the temperature of which is raised in the one region, and the thermally decomposed reducing agent, an exhaust gas inlet that is formed in the one region adjacent to the opposite region and through which the exhaust gas is introduced, and an exhaust gas outlet through which the exhaust gas having passed through the opposite region is discharged; a fuel injection member installed on a side of the burner body to inject fuel into the one region of the burner body; a partition wall installed inside the one region of the burner body to move the exhaust gas, which is introduced from the exhaust gas inlet of the burner body, toward the fuel injection member; and a reducing-agent injection member that injects the reducing agent into the partition wall.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a burner system, and more particularly, to a burner system that raises the temperature of exhaust gas discharged from an engine for thermal decomposition of a reducing agent. Background technique [0002] The engine generates power by burning fuel. This includes nitrogen oxides in engine exhaust. Nitrogen oxides have harmful effects on the human body when they are discharged to the outside, and are therefore regulated as exhaust gases. [0003] Therefore, the device provided with the engine is equipped with another exhaust gas purification device for purifying nitrogen oxides included in the exhaust gas discharged from the engine. [0004] Generally, the exhaust gas purification device injects urea water (Urea) into the exhaust gas discharged from the engine, and flows the injected urea water and exhaust gas into the reactor. That is, the injected urea water is decomposed into isocyanic acid and ammonia...
