The moisturizing essence emulsion is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 4-12 parts of a polyhydric alcohol moisturizer, 0.1-1.8 parts of a thickening agent, 5-18 parts of a moisturizing emollient, 0.5-4.5 parts of an emulsifier, 0.1-0.8 parts of a neutralizer and the balance of other basematerials. The moisturizing essence emulsion has good skin feeling in use and is thin and not greasy in texture, the skin is fresh and moist after use, and the moisturizing essence emulsion is mild,non-irritating and not sticky basically.
