exosome-based
skin medication. Taking the preparation of a 100g finished formulation as an example, it consists of active ingredients, a
nanogel carrier, a composite stabilizer, a
moisturizer, a pH adjuster, a
preservative, and deionized water. By constructing a
nanogel sustained-release
system adapted to exosomes and a composite
protection mechanism, the exosomes are stably and slowly released and efficiently absorbed on the
skin surface within 7 days. This solves the problems of rapid release, low
utilization rate, poor stability, and frequent
reapplication required for
exosome-based
skin medications, thereby improving the
skin care and treatment effects of exosomes.
