The variable frequency type adjustable pre-cutting rotary valve is driven bya controllable variable frequency motor. An adjustable baffle and a feeding blocking curtain are designed in each hopper, the angle can be adjusted, the volume can be changed, and the hoppers rotatearound a rotary shaft. When each hopper rotates to a feeding inlet, materials enter the hopper. When each hopper rotates to a discharging outlet, the materials are discharged from the discharging outlet. When each feeding blocking curtain passes through the discharging outlet, no materials enter the pneumatic conveying pipeline until the next hopper containing materials rotates to the dischargingoutlet.
