The method comprises the following steps: (1) sexually hybridizing a black-peel white gourd and a hairy squash to obtain a generation F1; (2) selfing a group of the generation F1 in the step (1) to obtain a group plant of a generation F2, then selecting 4-6 kg of a black peel fruit plant to self, repeatedly selfing for generations to obtain a stable selfing line; (3) sexually hybridizing the black peel fruit plant in the stable selfing line in the step (2) and the hairy squash to obtain a generation F1; (4) selfing a group of the generation F1 in the step (3) to obtain a group plant of a generation F2, then selecting 2-3 kg of the black peel fruit plantto self, and repeatedly selfing for generations to obtain a stable selfing line.
