Abstract

The application discloses a radio frequency wideband frequency agility frequency source. The radio frequency wideband frequency agility frequency source comprises a frequency reference module, a baseband module, a local oscillator module and a frequency conversion module; the frequency reference module is used to output a 1000MHz reference signal to the baseband module and output a 1000MHz excitation signal to the local oscillator module; the baseband module is used to output a 200MHz to 400MHz baseband signal to the frequency conversion module; the local oscillator module is used to output six point frequency signals to the frequency conversion module, wherein the output frequency range of the point frequency signals is 10GHz to 20GHz and the frequency interval is 2GHz; and the frequencyconversion module is used to extend the frequency of the 200MHz to 400MHz baseband signal, so that the output signal frequency covers 1.25-20GHz.
