Abstract

The invention relates to a device for producing impulse-dynamic process forces comprising a pressure chamber (10), a connection chamber (20), and a pin chamber (30). The pressure chamber (10) comprises a plunger (14) that can be inserted into the pressure chamber for compressing a hydraulic medium (91) in the pressure chamber. A stepped piston (25) is slidably arranged in the connection chamber (20). Said stepped piston has a valve body (26) for closing an orifice (11) connecting the pressure chamber (10) to the connection chamber (20). A slidable impacting pin (35) is located in the pin chamber (30). Said impacting pin has a first pin segment (35a) having a larger cross-section and a second pin segment (35b) having a smaller cross-section. The first pin segment (35a) seals off an interior(30a) of the pin chamber (30) from the connection chamber (20),which interior surrounds the second pin segment (35b). At least one pressure accumulator (37; 38) having pressure medium (93) under pressure is connected to the pin chamber (30), which at least one pressure accumulator is communicatively connected to the interior (30a) of the pin chamber (30) by means of a connection opening.
