The seed soaking agent is prepared from raw materials as follows: borax, zinc sulfate, a griffonia seed extract, resveratrol, luteolin and water. Seeding can be performed after treatment without germination acceleration, the method is quick and convenient, quick germination and seedling emergence of loofah seeds can be effectively promoted, so that the emergence rate reaches 98.5% or above; besides, seedlings grow vigorously, root system growth and elongation capacity is high, the nutrient absorbing capacity of seedlings can be effectively promoted, the disease resistance and drought resistance are high, germs and viruses can be resisted effectively, and the seedling rate can be effectively increased to 96.5% or above.
