Embodiment 1

[0016] Example 1: Chip expression analysis of circ0082688, circ0082689 and circ0054189 in whole blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and healthy controls

[0018] 1. Object

[0019] Three patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Jiangxi Province, were all female. All patients with SLE met the diagnostic criteria for SLE established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1997, and did not have other rheumatic, metabolic and endocrine diseases. Three healthy controls were physical examinations in the health care department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during the same period. Inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases were excluded, and the age and sex ratios were matched with the case study subjects.

[0030] (1) Systemic lupus erythematosus group: A total of 74 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Jiangxi Province were collected, including 7 males and 67 females, with an average age of (40.5±14.5) years. All patients with SLE met the diagnostic criteria for SLE established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 1997, and did not have other rheumatic, metabolic and endocrine diseases.

Abstract

The invention provides application of three annular RNAs in a systemic lupus erythematosus biomarker. The three annular RNAs are respectively circ0082688, circ0082689 and circ0054189, and base sequences are respectively SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3. Compared with the whole blood of a healthy control, the three annular RNAs are significantly highly expressed in the plasma of a systemiclupus erythematosus patient, the whole blood circ0082688, circ0082689 and circ0054189 expression level of the systemic lupus erythematosus patient is higher than the healthy control. According to theapplication of three annular RNAs in the systemic lupus erythematosus biomarker, primers screening the three annular RNAs are prepared, a new idea is provided for studying the pathogenesis of the systemic lupus erythematosus, and a new target object is also provided for the early diagnosis of the three annular RNAs.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention pertains to the use of natural ribonucleotides, and more particularly, relates to the use of three circular RNAs in systemic lupus erythematosus biomarkers. Background technique [0002] Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology characterized by immune inflammation, which occurs in women of childbearing age. The presence of multiple autoantibodies represented by antinuclear antibodies in serum and multi-organ involvement are its two main clinical features. The clinical manifestations of the disease are complex, the course of the disease is prolonged and repeated, and the relapse and remission alternate, and the pathogenic mechanisms of the disease, such as immune dysfunction and key links in the pathogenesis of the disease, are still unclear. SLE patients are increasing all over the world. According to the preliminary statistics of epidemiology in my country, there are about 860,000 t...
