Abstract

The invention provides targeting micro-bubbles which comprise a casing and micro-bubbles, wherein the micro-bubbles consist of gases wrapped with the casing; the casing is connected with a C4d antibody or a C3d antibody. The targeting micro-bubbles are adopted as a contrast agent for ultrasonic developing upon C4d or C3d deposited in kidney and heart transplant, and through qualitative and quantitative analysis, AMR (Antibody-Mediated Rejection) can be accurately diagnosed.
