Abstract

The invention aims at providing particle-free printing electronic ink which is smooth in ink jet, low in cost, simple in preparation, and suitable for the full-printing electronic printed FPC as wellas a preparation method of the ink. The ink is prepared from the following components: polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene (SIS, PS, 22 percent); silver trifluoroacetate (98 percent, AgTFA); and butanone (greater than or equal to 99 percent). The preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps: (1) adding 10ml of butanone into a reactor at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding 10g of silver trifluoroacetate into the butanone, oscillating, and sufficiently dissolving the silver trifluoroacetate; and (2) adding 200mg of polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene, oscillating, sufficiently dissolving the polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene, and forming transparent ink. The particle-free printing electronic ink and the preparation method thereof can be applied to the field ofprinted materials.
