Abstract

The invention discloses a method for performing plastic welding through a laser device. The method for performing plastic welding through the laser device includes the following steps that a special jig is used for pressurizing a product shell portion needing to be welded so that the upper portion and the lower portion can be closely combined; the product tolerance is measured through an installing fixture; the laser device is used for emitting laser, and after the laser passes through a transmission layer of a product and performs dissolving on a material of an absorbing layer of the product,the laser is fused together with the transmission layer of the product; due to moving of a laser spot, welding is performed on the portion, needing to be welded, of the whole product; and the weldedproduct is measured, and bad products are unloaded or taken out. According to the method for performing plastic welding through the laser device, pressurizing is performed on the product before welding so that the problem that because of the tolerance of a mold, the close combination degree of the product before welding is not sufficient can be reduced, and a same pulse value or different pulse values are used for different materials; and finally, the product is welded through the laser, and meanwhile there is no strict requirements for whether plastics needing to be welded are in crystallinity or amorphism.
