Abstract

The invention discloses application of a novel molecular marker to the preparation of a kit for diagnosis and prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma. The RNA sequence of the novel molecular marker isshown in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 57. A mathematical model for diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma is constructed by taking the marker as a base; the model is high in sensitivity and good in specificity, AUC can be as high as 0.997, and the diagnosis effect is good. In addition, 57 tRF fragments can serve molecular markers for classifying renal clear cell carcinoma and predicating the survival periods of patients; in test data, a renal clear cell carcinoma tumor sample is clustered into 3 subtypes according to rRFs expression, and survivorship curve analysis shows that the survival periods of the subtypes have obvious difference.
