When the circuit board (61) is inserted, the movable members (15a, 15b) are separated and brought into contact with copper foil terminals (62a, 62b). When the circuit board (61) is removed, the movable members (15a, 15b)plastically deform and are opposed to each other with an initial gap (G) smaller than a thickness dimension of the circuit board (61).
