Abstract

The mechanism comprises a short side riveting bracket and two horizontal side riveting mechanisms which are opposite in direction and are mounted on the short side riveting bracket. Each horizontal side riveting mechanism comprises a straight side nip mechanism and a straight sidepressing plate bending mechanism. The straight side nip mechanisms, the straight side pressing plate bending mechanisms and a pressing plate driving mechanism are mounted on the short side riveting bracket. Each straight side pressing plate bending mechanism comprises a straight side pressing plate mold strip, a straight side bending mold strip and a straight side driving rack. Each straight sidepressing plate mold strip is mounted below the corresponding straight side driving rack through a spring column mechanism. Each straight side bending mold strip is a horizontally arranged roller, andtwo ends of the straight side bending mold strip are mounted below the corresponding straight side driving rack through a rolling shaft. Each straight side bending mold strip is located on the inner side of the corresponding straight side pressing plate mold strip and is attached to and parallel to the straight side pressing plate mold strip.
