The lower end of the pump shaft penetrates the pump cover and is connected with an impeller in the pump shell. A water inlet is formed in the lower surface of the pump body. The water inlet extends upwards and communicates with an impeller circumferential water tossing space, corresponding to the impeller, in the pump shell. The lower surface of the impeller circumferential water tossing space is an inclined plane lowered gradually toward the water inlet. The upper surface of the pump cover is an inclined plane which slopes toward the periphery with the pump shaft penetration position as the center. A gap is formed between the inner wall of a hole, for the pump shaft to penetrate, of the pump cover and a rotor corresponding to the interior of the hole.
