Guiding rods are disposed in the two sliding slots in the length direction. The two ends of each guiding rod are welded on the inner wall of the sliding slot. Each guiding rod is sleeved with a sliding block. A side of the sliding block is provided a first spring. Theend, away from the sliding block, of the first spring is welded to the inner wall of the sliding slot. The first spring sleeves the guiding rod. A moving vertical plate is connected above the two sliding blocks. The moving vertical plate and the fixed vertical plate have the same structure. Both ends of each of the moving vertical plate and the fixed vertical plate are provided with two stretchable holes. Second springs are disposed in the stretchable holes.
