Abstract

The invention discloses a large-scale building fire source identification and positioning method and a system. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, double determining whether a fire flame exists in a large interior space image captured by the binocular camera using a RGB and HIS dual color space prior threshold constraint and an average gray value and a standard deviation of a spectrogram, and if exists, a contour-based hole filling algorithm is used to fill the large-scale building interior space image with primary segmentation and thresholding; then extracting feature points ofthe filled image using an optimized SURF algorithm, and carrying out optimum matching for feature points of the two filled images using a feature-based matching algorithm; finally, determining three-dimensional space coordinates of the optimized matching points based on an affine geometric space model.
