Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining a river state and self-purification ability by combination of a respiratory map and a spectrum. The method comprises: taking a suspension in a representative section of a river, carrying out respiratory map analysis, determining an oxygen consumption rate OUR value, determining three-dimensional fluorescence spectrums and ultraviolet absorbancy degrees of dissolved organic matters in all representative sections, dividing the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrums into five regions according to peak positions, selecting peaks T and absorbance UV254 for characterizing proteoids, drawing a dot map, and dividing the dot map plane into six regions corresponding to different river states. The method analyzes and determines the state and the self-purification ability of the river according to the combination of the spectrum and respiratory map.
