A device used by the method comprises a machine body; a through cavity, penetratingup and down and used for circulating the liquid, is formed in the machine body; a liquid storage cavity is formed in the left side of the through cavity; a first water tank communicates between the liquid storage cavity and the through cavity; a communicating pipe, provided with a water pump inside, communicates to the back side of the liquid storage cavity; and a first chute, opened up, communicates to the lower side of the first water tank. When the circulating pressure of the liquid is reduced, the pressure in an air cavity is reduced through a linkage device to open a pressure valve so asto guarantee the circulating stability of a liquid main circulating tank; secondly, when the circulating pressure of the liquid is increased, a rotating rod drives a cam to rotate, so that one part of the liquid in the through cavity is separated, the circulating pressure of the liquid is reduced, and the circulating stability is guaranteed; and the device is compact in structure and high in linkage, controls the flow stability of the liquid in a full-automatic mode, and achieves high efficiency and convenience.
