Problems solved by technology

Due to the antibiotic waste water and bacteria residues, some antibiotics remain in the soil and water, which will inhibit the growth of some animals and plants, affect the biological composition and destroy the inherent ecological balance of the environment, and the residual antibiotics in the environment will eventually pass through the food chain to the After reaching a certain concentration, problems such as drug resistance will occur, which will cause great harm to human health.

Embodiment 1

[0030] Bacitracin belongs to polypeptide antibiotics, the moisture content of the bacteria residue is 90.5%, and the chemical potency of the bacteria residue is 92u / mL. Stir the bacitracin residue evenly, pump it to the slurry tank, and then enter the hydrothermal tank, heat it at 180°C for 60 minutes, collect and test it after flash evaporation, and the chemical titer is 0.

Embodiment 2

[0032] Streptomycin belongs to aminoglycoside antibiotics, the moisture content of the bacteria residue is 94.7%, and the chemical potency of the bacteria residue is 1080u / mL. The streptomycin residue was stirred evenly and then pumped to a slurry tank, then into a hydrothermal tank, heated at 180°C for 60 minutes, collected and detected after flash evaporation, and the chemical titer was found to be 0.

Embodiment 3

[0034] Gentamicin belongs to aminoglycoside antibiotics, the moisture content of the bacteria residue is 96.9%, and the chemical potency of the bacteria residue is 31u / mL. Stir the gentamicin residue evenly and pump it to the slurry tank, then enter the hydrothermal tank, heat it at 180°C for 30 minutes, collect and test it after flash evaporation, and the chemical titer is 0.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomass waste treatment and discloses a method for detoxifying by antibiotic mushroom residues. The method comprises the following steps of 1) slurrying treatment, 2) uniform stirring, 3) hydro-thermal treatment, 4) flash evaporation treatment and 5) inspection. In the step 1), the to-be-treated antibiotic mushroom residues are mixed with water; in the step 2), the concentration of mixed materials is 5-10%; in the step 3), saturated vapor with the temperature of 200-230 DEG C and the pressure of 1.6-2.8 MPa is introduced into the materials for slurrying treatment, so that the temperature of the materials rises to 160-200 DEG C, and the standing time is 30-120 minutes; in the step 4), the materials for water treatment are subjected to pressure relief, so that the temperature of the materials is reduced to 90-100 DEG C; and in the step 5), the materials for flash processing is subjected to chemical valence detection. According to the method, the chemical valence of the antibiotic residues can be reduced to zero, so that the detoxification of the antibiotic mushroom residueko, is realized, and the detoxification of the antibiotic mushroom residuesprovides a basis for the reduction and the resource utilization of the antibiotic bacterium residues.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass waste treatment and disposal, and in particular relates to a method for detoxifying antibiotic residues. Background technique [0002] Antibiotic bacteria residue is the main by-product in the production process of antibiotics, and its essence is the culture medium waste in the production process of antibiotics. It is a hazardous waste stipulated in the "National Hazardous Waste List". Due to antibiotic waste water and bacterial residues, some antibiotics will remain in the soil and water, which will inhibit the growth of some animals and plants, affect the biological composition and destroy the inherent ecological balance of the environment, and the residual antibiotics in the environment will eventually pass through the food chain to the After reaching a certain concentration, problems such as drug resistance will occur, which will cause great harm to human health. Therefore, the detoxification...
