Embodiment 1

[0040] Taking the titanium alloy sample as an example, the laser breakdown spectroscopy experiment was carried out on the aluminum alloy sample, and the content of titanium and vanadium in the sample was quantitatively analyzed by using the calibration-free method.

[0041] The experimental conditions are as follows: the pulsed laser used in the experiment is an ND:YAG solid-state laser, the laser wavelength is 1064nm, the pulsed laser can emit pulsed laser, the total energy of each pulsed laser is 80mJ, the pulse width of the laser pulse is 6ns, and the laser repetition rate is 1Hz. Focus the laser on the surface of the sample and ablate the sample. The diameter of the focused laser spot is about 0.2 mm. After the plasma is generated, the spectral lines are analyzed. A lens is used to guide the light emitted by the plasma into an optical fiber, and the optical fiber transmits it to a spectrometer. The spectrometer analyzes the light emitted by the plasma and outputs the origi...

Abstract

A method for correcting self-absorption effect in a laser breakdown spectrum is used for correction by regarding blackbody radiation intensity as a reference. The method comprises the following steps:firstly setting variables F and T to respectively indicate a collection efficiency parameter and an initial plasma temperature value of a light-receiving system, calculating the blackbody radiation intensity according to the F and T, then performing initial self-absorption correction with the blackbody radiation intensity as the reference and obtaining a spectrum, calculating intensities of eachspectral line according to the initially corrected spectrum, performing linear fitting using a Boltzmann plane method to obtain a slope and a linear correlation coefficient of the fitted line, and continuously adjusting the values of F and T until a specific algebraic relationship is met. Having no additional requirements on the hardware in the laser breakdown spectroscopy technology and no special requirements for the sample type and the elements contained in the sample, the method can be applied to almost all spectrums, and the corrected spectrums can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the laser breakdown spectrum technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a self-absorption effect correction method for laser breakdown spectrum, which belongs to the technical field of plasma emission spectrum and spectrum technology measurement. Background technique [0002] Emission spectroscopy of plasmas is an important method for elemental analysis. The light emitted by the plasma carries the information of the elements in the sample, and the analysis of its spectrum can quantitatively analyze the composition of the sample. Based on this principle, many emission spectroscopy techniques have emerged, such as laser breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). [0003] In recent years, LIBS technology has been widely used in many fields due to its advantages of high sensitivity, no need for sample pretreatment and multi-element measurement. However, its measurement accuracy still needs to be further improved. The analysis of the plasma spectrum shows that in many cases, the spectrum emitted by the plasma is a...
