Abstract

The invention discloses a method for performing resource utilization of sludge biocarbon. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the sludge biocarbon, water and auxiliaries and performing granulation to obtain granulated materials; mixing the granulated materials with original sintering base ingredients to obtain a sintering mixed material; performing sintering on a conventional metallurgical sintering machine to obtain sintered ores; feeding the sintered ores as iron-making raw materials into a high blast smelting. According to the method disclosed by the invention, valuable components in the sludge biocarbon can be effectively utilized, the components and the performance of the sintered ores are adjusted, and the cost of the sintering raw materials is reduced; and 3 percent to 8 percent of carbon contained in the biocarbon can be used as supplementary energy sources for sintering, so that the cost of fuels is reduced.
