The total amount of water-soluble polyether is 100 parts by weight, 20%-30% of the total amount ofthe water-soluble polyether is added into a product kettle and preheated to reach the temperature of 75-90 DEG C, antifriction antirust additives and copper corrosion inhibitors are metered and addedinto the product kettle, constant-temperature stirring is performed for 25-35 minutes until the antifriction antirust additives and the copper corrosion inhibitors are completely dissolved, the residual water-soluble polyether is metered and pumped into the product kettle, and high-temperature antioxidants, extreme pressure anti-wear additives, chlorinated paraffin hydrolysis inhibitors, hydrogenion catching agents and defoaming agents are sequentially metered and added into the product kettle and uniformly stirred to obtain the water-soluble industrial gear oil.
