Problems solved by technology

[0004] Embodiments of the present invention provide a transmitting antenna switching method, a base station, and a terminal to solve the problem that during the open-loop antenna selection process, when a certain antenna is blocked by hand, the antenna continues to transmit uplink and cannot be successfully received by the base station. This further affects the system performance, and can also solve the problem that during the closed-loop antenna selection process, the base station needs to instruct the terminal to select the same antenna as the transmitting antenna through downlink control signaling within a period of time, resulting in an increase in downlink control signaling overhead.

Abstract

The embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for switching transmitting antennas, a base station, and a terminal, wherein the method includes: when a plurality of antennas of the terminal receive a downlink signal, acquiring a first difference value between the measured values of the received downlink signals between the antennas; transmitting a first report message to the base station if the first difference value satisfies a first preset condition; acquiring a first notification message transmitted by the base station according to the first report message, wherein the first notification message is used to notify the terminal to adjust the current uplink transmission modes of the antennas; determining a transmitting antenna and performing unlink transmission by using the determined transmit antenna. The method solves the problem that in a open-loop antenna selection process, when a certain antenna has a blocking phenomenon such as hand holding, the antenna continues performing unlink transmission and the signal cannot be successfully received by the base station, thereby affecting system performance, and can also solve the problem that in a closed-loop antenna selection process, the base station needs to instruct the terminal to select the same antenna as the transmitting antenna by using downlink control signaling within a period of time, resulting in an increase in downlink control signaling overhead.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communication technologies, and in particular, to a transmitting antenna switching method, a base station, and a terminal. Background technique [0002] For open-loop antenna selection, in a TDD (Time Division Duplex) system, the base station can use the uplink and downlink channel reciprocity to perform channel estimation on the uplink reference signal, thereby obtaining downlink channel information. Wherein the uplink reference signal may be SRS (channel sounding reference signal). If the base station needs to obtain complete channel information, the antennas need to transmit reference signals in turn for the base station to perform channel estimation. When the terminal judges that blocking phenomena such as hand-holding have occurred based on the difference in received signal power between the two antennas, the received power of one antenna is too low. If the terminal does not switch the ...
